A technical SEO audit run once is outdated the moment the next deploy happens. Muginai monitors your site continuously, surfaces issues as they appear, and tracks fixes through resolution — not just at audit time.
What Gets Monitored
Crawl health The crawl runner visits every indexable URL on a configurable schedule. It records: HTTP status, redirect chains, canonical correctness, meta robots directives, page title and description presence, and internal link structure. New broken links or redirect chains introduced by a deploy surface in the open issues queue within hours.
Schema validation Every page with structured data is validated against Schema.org specifications. Invalid schema, missing required fields, and deprecated type usage are logged with the specific page URL and error detail. The schema validator checks JSON-LD, microdata, and RDFa.
Core Web Vitals CWV data is pulled from the Chrome User Experience Report (CrUX) API and from field data collected via Google Search Console. The dashboard shows LCP, INP, and CLS trends over time, with pages failing Core Web Vitals highlighted in the open issues queue.
Hreflang health For multilingual sites, the hreflang checker validates that every alternate language/region annotation points to a live URL that reciprocally links back. Missing reciprocals, broken hreflang targets, and incorrect locale codes are flagged per page.
Internal linking The internal link graph is rebuilt on every crawl. Orphan pages (no internal links pointing in), pages with excessive internal links, and pages that have lost inbound links since the last crawl are all surfaced in the linking health view.
Open Issues Queue
All audit findings populate a single open issues queue. Each issue has:
- The affected URL
- Issue type and severity (critical, warning, notice)
- First detected date
- Current status (open, acknowledged, resolved)
When a previously detected issue disappears in a subsequent crawl, it is automatically marked resolved. Issues that persist across three crawl cycles are escalated to the anomaly review queue.
Crawl Budget Analysis
The crawl log records how Googlebot (and other bots) are spending their crawl budget on your site. Pages consuming budget without indexation value are flagged for noindex review.
